ဟိုက်ပါနိုဗာ (အင်္ဂလိပ်: Hypernova) ဆိုစွာဖို့ သာမန်ဆူပါနိုဗာထက် စွမ်းအင်ပိုပြီးကေများပြားကာ ကြယ်တစ်စင်းပေါက်ကွဲရေ ဖြစ်ရပ်တစ်ခုပင်ဖြစ်ရေ။ တနည်းအားဖြင့် ကကောင်းတောက်ပရေ ဆူပါနိုဗာ (SLSN) ဟုခေါ်ဆိုကာ ယင့်ချင့်တိစွာ ဂါမာရောင်ခြည်ရို့ဧ့ ပင်ရင်းဖြစ်ရေ။^[၁] ဆူပါနိုဗာတိကဲ့သို့ပင် ဟိုက်ပါနိုဗာတိရေ မတူညီရေ စတီလာပေါက်ကွဲမှုတိကို ထုတ်လွှတ်ပီးရေ။ ဆူပါနိုဗာ type Ic နန့် type IIn အမျိုးအစားတိအား လေ့လာချက်အရ များပြားလှစွာရေ ဟိုက်ပါနိုဗာတိကိုပါ ယှာဖွီတွိ့ဟိခရေ။^[၂]^[၃]^[၄]^[၅]

၁၉၉ဝ ခုနှစ်မတိုင်ခင်တွင် ဟိုက်ပါနိုဗာ ဆိုရေအခေါ်ဝေါ်အား ကကောင်းပေါက်ကွဲအား များပြားရေကြယ်တိအတွက် သုံနှုန်းရန် အဆိုပြုခရေ။ ၁၉၉၈ ခုနှစ်တွင် ဂါမာရောင်ခြည်ထုတ်လွှင့်မှုနန့် နုနယ်ရေ ကြယ်တာရာကြီးတိနန့် စာတမ်းတစ်ခုရေ ချိတ်ဆက်မိရေ။ ယင်းရို့အား ဟိုက်ပါနိုဗာ ဟု ခေါ်ဆိုရန် အဆိုပြုခရေ။ ထိုပိုင် ဖြစ်ရပ်မှစွမ်းအင်ရေ ဆူပါနိုဗာတိထက် အဆပေါင်းရာချီကာ များပြားလှရေ။ ဆက်တိုက်ဆိုပိုင် များပြားလှစွာရေ တောက်ပရေ ဆူပါနိုဗာတိကို တွိ့ဟိခရေ။^[၆]^[၇]^[၈]^[၉] ယင်းဖြစ်ရပ်တိအား သာမန် type Ia ဆူပါနိုဗာထက် အဆပေါင်း ၂ဝ ပိုပြီးကေတောက်ပရေကို တွိ့ဟိခရေ။ ယင်းအဓိပ္ပာယ်သတ်မှတ်ချက်ရေ ဟိုက်ပါနိုဗာဟု ခေါ်တွင်စေလီရေ။
